Do my users need an account to post?

No. Visitors can post on the portal or through the widget without an account. Name and email are optional, and an email lets you follow up.

What can my AI agent do on the board?

It can read, create and update posts, merge duplicates, comment, and link posts to tasks. It signs in as you, so it can only do what your role allows.

Can I keep a project's feedback private?

Yes. Mark the project internal under Project settings, then Visibility. It has no public portal, the widget refuses it, and its posts stay with your team.
