Changelog

A changelog tool that tells people when their request ships

The LotsTeam changelog tool publishes product updates to your public portal, tagged New, Improved or Fixed. Link an entry to the task that delivered the work and you can email the people whose posts asked for it. You write and publish from the AI agent you already use, and in the dashboard.

Ask your agent

Type it in the chat you already have open. The change lands in your workspace.

  • “We shipped CSV export. Write the changelog entry and publish it.”

Drafts the entry with a tag and publishes it

  • “Link it to the CSV export task and email the people who asked.”

Links the task and turns on requester emails for that entry

  • “Draft entries for everything we finished this week. Do not publish yet.”

Creates drafts for you to review

  • “What did we publish last month?”

    Reads the changelog

Or work in the dashboard

The same records, with the full controls your team uses every day.

  1. 1

Open Changelog in your project and write an entry: a title, the details and a tag (New, Improved or Fixed).

  2. 2

Link it to the task that delivered the work. The entry shows how many people asked, and you can tick Email the people who asked for this.

  3. 3

Publish. The entry appears on your portal's Changelog page.

The facts

  • Three tags: New, Improved and Fixed.
  • Save a draft and publish when you are ready. Your agent can do either.
  • Requester emails are off unless you turn them on for an entry. Each author of a linked post gets one email, on first publish. Anonymous voters are not emailed.
  • Every post linked to the task counts, including duplicates merged into it.
  • Portal changelog pages are server-rendered, so search engines and AI assistants can read them.
  • Plans start at $24 a month for 3 projects, or $9 per project a month from credits without a plan. Organizations and team members are unlimited.
