Add LotsTeam to your AI agent

Connect LotsTeam to Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, Codex and other agents through its remote MCP server, and they turn what users ask for into tasks, draft your support replies and publish your changelog. Give your agent the setup instructions, copy the MCP URL, or choose your agent below.

LotsTeam is a remote MCP server over streamable HTTP. Clients that support OAuth discover sign-in on their own from the URL above. Clients that only accept a header can use an API key from the LotsTech API page, sent as Authorization: Bearer <key>. The same tools are available as REST endpoints; read the API docs.

Get your agent connected: questions

How do I get my AI agent to use LotsTeam?

Give your agent https://lots.team/skill.md and ask it to help connect LotsTeam for you. It explains how to add the MCP server or use the REST API in your environment. Prefer to do it yourself? Copy the MCP URL https://api.lots.team/mcp and follow your agent’s guide.

Does LotsTeam work with my agent?

Agents with remote streamable HTTP MCP support can use https://api.lots.team/mcp. Agents with HTTP or computer access can use the REST API with an API key. There are guides for ChatGPT, OpenAI dots, Claude, Claude Cowork, Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, Gemini, OpenClaw, Hermes Agent, Grok Bot, Grok Build, DeepSeek, Kimi K3, Muse, Manus, Cue, Perplexity Computer, nanoclaw, Paperclip. Some clients need a particular plan or administrator permission, and a listing is not a guarantee that every version or plan supports connections.

Do I need to install a skill or configure MCP myself?

The setup instructions are a Markdown document you can give your agent by URL. They do not automatically install a connector or authorize access. Ask your agent to guide you through the steps for its environment, or add the remote MCP server yourself.

How do I sign in to LotsTeam from my agent?

OAuth-capable MCP clients open a LotsTeam sign-in during setup. Clients that use bearer credentials and REST integrations need an API key from https://www.lotstech.com/api. Never paste your passwords into a chat.

What does LotsTeam cost?

Current plans and prices are on https://lots.team/pricing. Your agent’s own plan or usage fees are separate.

Does my agent act as me in LotsTeam?

Yes. Your agent signs in as you and can only do what your role allows. A viewer can read, and a member works in the projects they can open.

Will my agent reply to customers on its own?

Your agent drafts the reply and shows it to you. A reply is emailed to the customer only when you tell it to send.

What stays in the dashboard?

Deleting a project, the widget and billing stay in the dashboard, and an agent cannot transfer ownership of your workspace.
